Kathleen began her career with Bank of New Hampshire in 1984, that’s right, she has been with the bank for 33 years! She has quite a following of regular customers who ask for her specifically in the Laconia office because they know she is patient, friendly, courteous, warm & welcoming. A few more attributes that Kathleen demonstrates on a daily basis would be her close attention to detail, thoroughness, she always has the customer’s best interest in mind at all times. Kathleen is a consistent team player and is the go-to person for her peers with questions & concerns, she willingly shares information she learns and is a valuable resource with all the vast experience and knowledge she has acquired over the years. She receives more flowers and thank-you notes from clients in a month than most employees receive in a year. Kathy is thoughtful, considerate, and insightful. She is goal oriented and excels in her role within the department and bank, as well as, outside of work with community participation, like, the Santa Fund and leading the department in funding a family for gifts at Christmas and dinners at Thanksgiving. Kathy’s positive attitude and easy-going personality is infectious, and the halls ring with her laughter. We know how popular she is with the clients, but she is well-liked and appreciated by her colleagues as well. She always greets you with a smile on her face and joy in her voice.
