Four New Corporators Elected at Bank of New Hampshire

New Hampshire – August 13, 2015 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to announce the election of four new Corporators, Heidi Paiva, Dean Christon, Gail Batstone and James Daley, III. As a Corporator, they will act as an ambassador for the Bank in the community and will be responsible for approving changes to the charter and bylaws.

Heidi is the Vice President of Executive Services for All Metals Industries, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in history and is a life-long New Hampshire resident. Heidi resides in Laconia with her husband, David, and her two sons, Ryan and Adam.

Dean is the Executive Director and CEO for New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. He is a graduate of Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Dean is active in the community and currently serves as a member of the New Hampshire Council on Resources and Development, Community Block Grant Advisory Committee, Interagency Council on Homelessness and the Economic Development Advisory Council. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Granite United Way and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Council of State Housing Agencies. He is a long-time New Hampshire resident and resides in Bedford.

Gail is the General Manager for Mill Falls at the Lake in Meredith. She attended Bentley College and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Lakes Region. Gail is active in the community and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Huot Technical Center, is the Scholarship Committee Chair and Advisory Board Chair for Lakes Region Community College, is a Board Member for BelknapEDC, the Immediate Past President for Lakes Region Tourism Association and the New England Inns & Resorts Association and is a teen mentor for the Circle Program. She is a long-time New Hampshire resident and resides in Laconia.

James is the Owner and President of S & J Transportation Services, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and also holds a Master’s degree from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. James is active in the community and is involved with the New Hampshire Motor Transport Association, the American Trucking Association and the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce. He is a long-time New Hampshire resident and resides in Kingston with his wife, Elizabeth.
