Bank of New Hampshire Announces Officer Promotions
Laconia, New Hampshire – February 19, 2016 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to announce that Elizabeth Brothers, Lisa Byars and Elizabeth Powell have been promoted to Officer.
Elizabeth Brothers has been promoted to Retail Lending Officer. Joining the bank in April, 2010, Elizabeth started her banking career as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Closer. She quickly became a systems expert within the department and in April, 2012 added the responsibility of Assistant Systems Administrator. She was promoted in March, 2015 to Retail Loan Processing Supervisor & Assistant Systems Administrator.
Lisa Byars has been promoted to Human Resources Officer. Lisa joined the bank in March, 2014 as Human Resources Operations Supervisor. Lisa’s experience in Human Resources spans over 25 years in manufacturing and banking, serving as a generalist and manager for large companies. Lisa graduated from the Northern New England School of Banking in the fall of 2015, holds a Human Resources Management Certification from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently enrolled in the UNH Next Level Leadership Consortium Program to be completed in March, 2016. She is active in the community with youth sports and school volunteer projects.
Elizabeth Powell has been promoted to Electronic Payments Officer. Joining the bank in February, 2000 she started her banking career in the Deposit Services area and then became an Electronic Banking Representative when the department was first started. She was promoted to Electronic Payments Administrator in May, 2010 and then to Electronic Banking Manager in 2013. Liz is an Accredited ACH Professional, requiring continuing education to keep up this valuable certification. She is currently participating in the Leadership Lakes Region program.
