Bank of New Hampshire’s Prestige Plus Program Celebrates 25 Years with The Boston Pops
Laconia, New Hampshire – June 2, 2015 – Bank of New Hampshire’s Prestige Plus Program continues celebrating 25 years of Travel!
Prestige Plus members enjoyed a recent trip to Boston to see one of New England’s most beloved traditions- A Boston Pops concert at Symphony Hall. Joining the Pops were The Midtown Men: four of the stars from the original cast of Broadway’s Jersey Boys. The audience reminisced to the sounds of the 1960’s with a medley from favorite 1960’s TV shows like I Love Lucy, Dragnet, Star Trek, Bonanza, and Green Acres. Prestige Plus members sang along with the Boston Pops to some Beatles favorites; Twist and Shout, A Little Help from my Friends, and Hey Jude. The crowd was on their feet with the Midtown Men singing 60’s favorites; December 1963, Up on the Roof, Big Girls Don’t Cry and Get Ready!
The trip was complete with a delicious meal at the famous Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant, with an atmosphere filled with nostalgic Italian charm and family portraits reminiscent of pre- World War II. Maggiano’s serves family style with dishes made from scratch from recipes that have been in the family for decades. The evening was filled with great food, music and friendship.
