Laconia, New Hampshire – April 8, 2016 – Bank of New Hampshire’s Prestige Plus customers recently traveled to the beautiful, sun-drenched Hawaiian Islands of Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the “Big Island” of Hawaii.
Highlights included Waikiki Beach, Pearl Harbor, Oahu’s North Shore, Kilohana Plantation, Waimea Canyon, Kauai Coffee Company, lao Valley Monument, Lahaina, Volcanoes National Park and a Polynesian Luau.
Prestige Plus members participated in many optional tours that included a spectacular Haleakala sunrise tour in Maui, sunset dinner and show in Honolulu, Maui’s magnificent road to Hana, Kauai movie tour and a breathtaking helicopter tour along Kauai’s stunning Na Pali Coast.
“This was the third time Bank of New Hampshire has escorted our customers to Hawaii and it seems to get more beautiful each time. Waterfalls were flowing at full force while visiting Waimea Canyon in Kauai, known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific,” stated Valerie Drouin, Senior Vice President - Prestige Plus Manager for Bank of New Hampshire. “Prestige Plus members witnessed giant waves at Oahu’s famous North Shore surfing mecca in the town of Haleiwa. We also visited the stunning Iao Valley and viewed the 2,000 foot-high Iao Needle, one of Maui’s famous natural landforms.”
Drouin went on to say, “Our deluxe ocean front hotels, along with perfect weather, created a beautiful setting for our Prestige Plus members to swim in Hawaii’s warm tropical water everyday”.
A special highlight was a visit to the “Big Island” also known as Hawaii Island. Prestige Plus members toured the South Coast to view Kealakekua Bay and the famed black sand beaches. The group continued to the incredible Volcanoes National Park to learn about the world’s most active volcano, Kilauea. Walking through Thurston Lava Tube gave members a clear prospective of the enormous lava flows on Hawaii’s biggest island
“We plan all of our trips months in advance and customize them to meet the needs of our valued Prestige Plus members,” stated Drouin. “With 26 years of experience in the bank travel industry, our customers know when they sign up for a trip the quality will be unsurpassed. Our Prestige Plus Travel program has proven to be one of the top bank programs in the country. We plan and arrange these trips as a way to thank our members for choosing Bank of New Hampshire.”
