BeMobile Banking

The BeMobile Banking app utilizes the same industry leading security features that have always made banking electronically with Bank of New Hampshire safe and secure. This app is available to all Bank of New Hampshire customers and has the following features:

  • View Transaction History with search functionality

  • View Check and Deposit Images

  • Pay a Friend

  • Reorder Checks

    Commercial users may also have the following features:

  • Originate ACH payments

  • Access Positive Pay, ACH Filter, and Account Recon

  • Originate a Wire Transfer

Mobile Deposit

Gain the flexibility and convenience of depositing a check into your Bank of New Hampshire account whenever and wherever you want. BeMobile Deposit is available through our BeMobile app for Apple® and AndroidTM devices. It’s easy, safe and the most convenient way to deposit checks.

To enable Mobile Deposits:

  • Log in to your online banking account.
  • On the navigation menu, click Preferences.
  • Select Mobile Deposit Enroll and fill out the accompanying information to enable this feature.

There is a $2,500 be mobile deposit limit. Third party web access, data, and message rates may apply from your wireless provider.

Fingerprint and Facial Authentication

Logging into the BeMobile Banking app couldn't be easier! Our app supports both fingerprint and facial authentication on supported Apple and Android devices.

To enable the feature:

  • Click the link on the BeMobile Banking app login page.

  • Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Real-Time Account Alerts

Stay on top of your finances with real-time account alerts!

With account alerts, you can control exactly what’s happening with your money and watch for suspicious activity in real-time, so that you can enjoy peace of mind wherever you go. 

To set up an account alert:

  1. Login to your Online Banking account.
  2. Select Account Options > Real-Time Alerts from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Complete the form to establish an account alert.
  4. Choose your delivery method. Alerts can be sent via SMS text or email.

eStatements

Receive your account statements online via Online Banking. There is no cost for this service. eStatements are secure, safe and fast.

  • Convenient access to your account statement from within online banking.
  • An email notification is sent when your current account statement is ready for viewing.
  • Eighteen months of account statement history available to view.
  • Checking, savings, mortgage and consumer loans.

eStatements

To sign up for eStatements:

  • Log in to your online banking account.
  • On the left-hand navigation menu, click Preferences.
  • Select "eStatement - Enroll" and fill out the accompanying information to start receiving eStatements.

Bank-to-Bank Transfers

With Bank-to-Bank Transfers, we have made it easy for you to move funds between your Bank of New Hampshire accounts and your accounts held at other financial institutions. With Bank-to-Bank Transfers you can:

  • Transfer funds between eligible personal BNH checking, savings and money market accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions located within the U.S. 
  • Schedule one-time or recurring transfers. 
  • Move funds without associated costs. Bank-to-Bank Transfers is a free service for BNH Personal Online Banking users. Fees from your external financial institution may apply. 

Daily Bank to Bank Transfer Limits:

  • Inbound: $2,500 per day
  • Outbound: $2,500 per day

To add an external account:

  • Log in to your online banking account.
  • On the left-hand navigation menu, click Options.
  • Select External Accounts and follow the instructions on the page to add an external account.

Important: When establishing external accounts for bank to bank transfers, you must be an owner/signer on the external account.

Pay a Friend

With Pay a Friend and your Bank of New Hampshire account, you have the freedom to conveniently send and receive money electronically with friends, family, or any individual* with an account at a financial institution in the United States – simply by providing their email address or mobile phone number. You now have the ability to set up recurring payments, add emojis, request payment alerts and more! Activate Pay a Friend today from within your Online or Mobile Banking app.

BNH CardControl

Monitor and manage your Bank of New Hampshire debit card(s) with BNH CardControl.

  • Get real-time notifications when your BNH debit card is used
  • Restrict transactions to certain areas using your phone’s GPS or a defined geographic location
  • Set security preferences to match your spending habits
  • Set spending limits for every transaction
  • Enable or disable your card(s) to be used within certain merchant categories
  • Turn your card(s) on and off

To use BNH CardControl:

  • Visit your Apple or Android app store and download the BNH CardControl app
  • Log in to your BeMobile Banking app
  • Select CardControl from the navigation menu
