A Concierge Service exclusively for Prestige customers. This service includes a dedicated phone line to call during regular business hours between 8 a.m.– 5 p.m. When you call the Concierge line, we will help take care of your banking needs and follow-up with you when your inquiry is completed.

If you need assistance after hours, you will have the option to leave a message, which will be answered the following business day.
